Such a chilling story! I love that I actually felt scared while reading. I could picture so much of what was happening and it really added to the suspense. The commentary on religion in horror is always welcome in my library! I didn’t love the end but only because I felt the concept of the darkness wasn’t fully explained. Maybe I just got too excited and read too fast though!
