Bride of Ice: New Selected Poems by Marina Tsvetaeva

4.0

Her words have this force, they are overbrimming with it. It’s striking because even a sentiment so tender as longing packs this punch and, curiously, it doesn’t leave you entirely morose. Hers comes from having loved intensely. Albeit dressed like it, this love is no curse, it can only be a privilege.
