American Born Chinese by Gene Luen Yang

I just hated that Chin-kee UGHHHH. Even tho you are one relevant character from the Chinese legend of [Journey to the West] (Saiyuki / Hwayugi), I still hated that (inaudible language).
In any case, this book is about telling the first-hand impact of racism, particularly those with Chinese Heritage. Although I believe in the goodness of the Humanity, there are hard-and-fast rules that made me not like them very much. I've seen these instances in my visits to the other countries; heck, I've seen this blasphemous character in our own territories.
So sorry, don't expect this graphic novel to change the way you look at them in one instant. Because I still hated that monkey.
