This is far removed from my go-to style of book, but for what it is, I more or less enjoyed it. The epistolary form was well executed, and learning about Jane Austen's connection to the story was very interesting. For this reason, it seems like all Jane Austen fans should read this book. I liked the first-third and last-third the best.
