Went into this FFM with an open mind. I adore Kristen and her phenomenal writing style. This read just wasn’t for me. It didn’t feel like the author’s work at all! It was missing all of the emotion depth that’s typical of Granata’s stories. The spice was there, there’s no denying that. The smut was HOT but that seemed to be the entire story. I’d classify this read as erotica more than anything. No depth to the story or characters, just a lot of hooking up and sexual exploration. I didn’t feel any kind of connection to a single character in the story and couldn’t find the relationship between the 3 MCs believable. It seemed like the entire throuple was to appease Kourtney and her desires. The plot twist was predictable. I’m sad to feel this way, especially after loving Heart Trick so much that I gave it 5 stars. I will definitely read the next story in the series because I really like the guys on the team!
