i am so glad i was made to read this by a professor. maia, you queen. dickens—my apologies, sir. i was not familiar, it seems, with your game.
this is going to linger upon my soul, i think. what a masterpiece. what a beautiful book.
(this is my previous review from when i dnf’d back in summer of 2023. i have left it as a mark of my foolishness and a reminder that people can change.) i was just so bored for most of it. the few bright spots were overrun by ramblings which i didn’t care about nor was particularly amused by. not even my ego could make me finish this book
