awesome information, but the graphics were horrible. No senior is going to do yoga in jeans. Her face looked like a filtered generated AI. This portion of the book was not appealing or authentic. As a yoga teacher that some of the first qualities I look for in a yoga book with the industry so washed with western concepts.
