this book is so pretentious. like? it was solely based on "actor" vibes. and I personally did not vibe with that. maybe I'm not too into movies and actors and that's why. or perhaps it was just a pointless jumble of words. what was the meaning of this? i gained nothing. i couldn't care less about the characters because they were even interesting. nothing compelled me to be even the tiniest bit intrigued. except maybe that girl the maestro insulted(? which I didn't get why or how...).

i was so bored out of my mind but I've already dropped one boring book (that was also significantly larger) and wanted to commit. i thought "maybe it will get better". no. nothing happened. my life will continue to be the same. I'm quite upset that i've lost 6+ hours on this book. i'd rate it even lower but the cover is pretty and the characters are gay.
