Finally made the time to finish this book. And... it was okay. Some great space battles. Some good interpersonal wordplay and back-office political intrigue. It didn't rock my Star Wars world like most Zahn books do and I'm not entirely sure why, other than we could have cut 100 pages or so and tightened it up a bit. I can see why it was all included, I just didn't care about some of the scenes with side characters or flashbacks.
