You don't understand I AM OBSESSED! I INHALED THIS BOOK!

The characters compliment each other so well, especially the dynamic between Victor and Eli - the cynic and the believer. It's astounding how Eli grounds the conviction of his actions to the will of God. I never met a character that's built like him. Each of the EOs completely stunned me? I love how their powers/abilities came to be, it's not a spontaneous gift that was given to them, rather, it's born out of their will to survive and to become something more. This book is a testament to how perspective and beliefs shape the way we view ourselves and how we perceive the actions of other people.
