I laughed, I cried and I read many many parts aloud to everyone in my house multiple times.

When it gets to the point that I am reading parts aloud I know I'm reading something that will stay with me a long time.

I bought this book when I was in the sixth grade because of my teacher. I then managed to never read it even though it was required reading for my high school.

I was compelled by the plot and impressed by the symbolism and themes. It was great.
