This book had all the makings of a great one - what a wonderful idea for a plot! However, I found it to be a little dull. Minnow's reactions just didn't seem realistic to me and she didn't seem anywhere near as traumatized as she should have been from that upbringing. I loved Angel and found her to be by far the most interesting character.
