I thought this was an incredibly sweet and honest story of first love. I LOVED the diversity in this book. Steffi's anxiety, Rhys' frustrations with people and the hearing world, and the fact that not everyone in this book is white is refreshing for a YA contemporary fiction.

The one thing I genuinely did not like:
I loved Tem until the issue she and Steffi had at the end. She was pretty selfish in that moment and it did not seem like how she would truly act.

A very sweet book. A very real look at first love that I enjoyed.
