I think this is a very enjoyable and interesting read, even if you are not a Catholic or Christian. Part of what appeals to me is how universal Pope Francis' missions are, and I think those are all laid-out quite well in this short book. I think most critics of the Church will actually be quite pleased by what Pope Francis has to say in this collection of his speeches and sermons from his first year of Papacy.
