I'm really liking this series so far and I enjoy Frampton's writing. Nash and Ana Maria were a fierce duo. I liked seeing Ana Maria adjust to her new role in society and her independence was so awesome. As expected with historical romance, this was a slo burn, but it was delightful. There was so much tension and passion even at the beginning of the book and I was so excited for both characters to finally realize their feelings for each other. I also loved the female friendships. This book definitely gave went past my expectations and I'm looking forward to Thad's story.
