I adored this novel. What a heart wrenching, yet inspiring story. Following the friendship of two best friends from puberty into adulthood, the story is filled with love, loss, regret and so much more as they each try and navigate life and all of its ups and downs. What struck me the most about this story was how strong and important the power of forgiveness was throughout. I was utterly enthralled in this book and I can't give it enough praise. The author wrote a beautiful story that felt like a memoir. I am so glad to have picked this one up and I don't give 5 stars often. Awesome, awesome read.
