As we prepare to buy our first house, I found this book pretty helpful. However, the one I checked out of the library looked just like this, but instead of "88 best ways" it was "140 best ways" and I can't find the "140 best ways" version on GoodReads or Amazon. I was thinking of buying this book for myself, but since I don't know what the difference between the two books is, I probably won't bother. At any rate, I liked this book because it was easy to understand and very basic, just what a first-time home buyer needs!
