So I received an ARC of this book, by Caroline Fardig, it's a Java jive mystery (think Starbucks) and is the second of the series. I have not read the first book in the series and I don't feel that you need to as most of it was referenced back and summed up, but I am definitely going to pick it up.

This book had me hooked from the beginning, I was interested in the characters, Jules, Ryder, and Pete along with their friends, family and co-workers. When someone ends up murdered and Juliette's friend is accused of doing the deed, Juliet frustrated with the investigation, starts investigating on her own. She keeps sticking her nose in the investigation in a humorous, sometimes frustrating, and a few unexpected ways keeps that this story interesting.

I highly recommend this book and will be purchasing the next book in the series.
