The Deal by Elle Kennedy

Hannah is doing well in her classes while at university. She just scored an A on a midterm that more than half the class failed.
Garrett is a star university hockey player destined for the pros, that is if he can get his grades up. Hes doing well in the rest of his classes but this latest midterm might put his hockey aspirations in jeopardy.
He notices Hannah got an A and tries to persuade her to tutor him. Hannah knowing Garretts lover boy reputation has no interest in associating with him.
After weeks of persuasion, Garrett proposes a scheme that Hannah can’t turn down. She helps him pass his midterm re-take and he will make sure the one guy shes crushing on notices her.
They quickly become friends and their banter is adorable. Soon into this arrangement they both realize they actually like each other and there is chemistry and attraction between them. They are just too stubborn to admit it to each other.
I enjoyed this read. It has a cute storyline with interesting characters who both share a difficult past. There is def some spice to this book. The book changes between Hannah and Garrett’s POV so you get an idea of how they’re both thinking and feeling, which I really liked.
