I loved this book! It had me hooked from the jump. Arsen is so sweet and protective. Ever must be protected at all costs. They make a really sweet couple together. I love how Arsen cares for Ever and handles him with care while still ensuring he has full autonomy. I love how Ever gets to experience all these firsts. And how everyone he meets just loves him immediately. I enjoyed watching him grow into his own self and find likes and dislikes while also discovering his real personality underneath the fear. All the cameos from the Mulvaneys and Jericho were amazing. And I laughed out loud multiple times. I was hesitant to read a Mulvaney-adjacent book, scared I wouldn't like it as well, but after reading this, I realize that was just silly. Such a delightful book!
