Drive Your Plow Over the Bones of the Dead by Olga Tokarczuk
5.0
So atmospheric, I love books that take place in the snow! The main character was unforgettable. Sometimes I liked her and other times I didn't, but she was certainly an unusual protagonist. I liked the overall theme of the morality of killing animals and the perspectives of different people. It was not strong as a "who done it" type mystery as I guessed the culprit early on and was only reaffirmed of this with the hints given throughout the rest of the book. It didn't have to be a complete mystery to be a great, interesting, and philosophical book!
