an excellent sequel to this series. once again questions of morality are raised and just like the first book it ends with a bang. this is where this series really begins to question human nature and while interesting Ellie's musing on the subjects can work to slow the book down. while a lot happens in this book not much really changes and so in that sense the book is almost a let down, it is still enjoyable though and does create the atmosphere that something big is coming.
