Ew she's 18!!!! Too young!!! Unfortunately, I either didn't learn or pick up on that until most of the way through this book so I finished but yikes. Also I don't understand how uniting against a common enemy was such a novel idea. Also also, idk how I feel about the whole "beasties" thing.

I was on the fence about Jett's redemption but I do like that he ended up buying her out of his contract so that their group didn't have to keep dealing with Dante and Nevil.

Helena really got shafted with the whole Jade situation, that was probably the most compelling part of this book. The entire conflict with the vampire monsters was a bit odd but that may have been because there was so much else going on.
