This book was beautiful. The way you see their relationship grow as they themselves grow left me speechless. This was a wonderful retelling, and the last page did have me in tears. However, at the later stages of the book I found myself growing irritated with Achilles, which might why I didn't find it quite as sad as I thought I might. 
I think this will definitely be one I reread, and I may update my review then.
