This was everything I wanted it to be!
It had just enough angst to make my chest feel tight without sending me into a spiral. We love to see it! The balance between cute scenes and angsty scenes was perfect.
If I’m being honest, part of the reason I loved the angst was because it brought realism to the story. Sure. Everything works out in the end, but the conflict of the story is realistic. A real couple WOULD struggle if one of them was moving to a new country for four years. The way the tensions of that and the emotions of that were handled just made me emotional in all the best way.
Truly, the superior volume in this mini-series if you ask me.
