While reading this book I alternated between laughing and crying (well, more crying actually).  This is a book that all Canadians (and Americans) should read. It was an excellent choice for Canada Reads.  The author presents history in a unique way that makes the reader think, understand, and hopefully take action. This book will stay with me for a long time.  Strongly recommended.
