Really enjoyed this series and REALLY enjoyed this book. O's relationship with not only her husband but also herself was what this book tackled. O was able to grow so much as a character as readers watched her develop from a child to a woman. One thing that surprised me was the inclusion of baby V. Being able to see her thought process and powers kept me engaged with her character while also allowing my POV on her father, the family spirit F, to change. Readers get to understand slightly why he keeps his distance away from her while also understanding that he does care for her and her well-being when he catches her journey version of herself hiding out of fear of the guest. I am super excited to read the last book, it is a really bittersweet moment because of how in love I fell with the characters.
