Chloe Sanders all she wanted to do was make friends, meet some boys, and just keep being her ordinary self. She doesn't know what that looks like though. It started after she saw her first ghost, and the ghost saw her and tried to talk to her.

Now they are everywhere and won't leave her alone. She also somehow got herself locked up in Lyle House ( she literally punched the janitor) so she knows how she got locked in there. Yet it's very different from her expectations. She thinks her housemates are crazy, which they might be. It up to her to figure out the secrets of Lyle House and get out of there alive, before the skeletons try to get to her first.

I remember loving this book when I was little, and begging my mom to buy the next book in the series. I wish we did see her talk to ghosts more, then just screaming at them whenever they decided to pop out of the ground and scare her. There was nothing really special to this book since we are only being introduced to the characters, and things in the book. If I was her though I would try and runaway too. This book was boring but I have to remember it's only the introduction to the story, and it could possibly get better as I read the other book in the series. This is the type of book that you read and when you finish it you immediately forget about it, which means you will have to reread it sometime again in the future. I do still want to continue this series because it has been along time since I have read the books. Happy Reading!!!!!
