The Lost Puzzler by Eyal Kless

"Spare no costs. Nothing we have ever done is more important than finding out what she knows."
This was an extremely fun journey! I quickly became attached to the main characters and the world was so interesting to dive into; there is a lot of traveling throughout the book so you really get to explore. I loved the concept of the marked and the puzzles unlocking doors containing old (yet extremely advanced) tech. Kinda reminded me of DnD quests. There was never a dull moment. It's fairly fast paced, but doesn't rush over the important information. Now watch as I dive straight into book two!

"They didn't wake me up gently and I couldn't blame them for it. Vincha must have refused to give me the kiss of life, but Galinak had kindly administered the slaps of awakening and it was his grinning face I saw when I first regained consciousness."
