Blanche is a princess who finds herself unexpectedly made queen over her resentful, hunchbacked brother, and embroiled in the middle of magical plots, intrigue and war. Blanche has the potential to be a great character but there's too much going on in too short a book. Gorgeous art by José Luis Munuera makes this disjointed fantasy story worth the read.
