This was an odd little book, but I really enjoyed it. The author's descriptions of physical exhaustion, sex, joy, and heartbreak were incredibly touching and made me feel like I was experiencing them myself. As far as the plot, not a lot really happened, but the descriptions of the scenery and people were so vivid that I was absolutely enthralled by about a quarter of the way in.
