I loved this book! Persephone had a coming to oneself trope which I liked so much, she battles with many forces one being her own mind which I relate to a lot — which tends to make reading the book even better for me — Persephone’s struggles with her self confidence because of mother. Persephone faces expectations and consequences that make her feel trapped within herself which I think many can relate to.

Hades seems to be a very ominous character even still after reading the entire book I feel I don’t know him much
