The Fifth Elephant by Terry Pratchett
5.0
Read it again, still my favourite even if I acknowledge that Nights Watch is the masterpiece.

I had mixed feelings about Feet of Clay and Jingo (especially Jiingo), so was a bit apprehensive coming into this one. However, in terms of plot and setting it was fantastic. Not a laugh on every page, but still enough silliness and word-play mixed in here and there. Definitely as good as Men at Arms for me, although still lacking the humility which I feel made Guards Guards so unique.
