The plot is well written. The idea of Violet's power is wondrous. However she is one of the most pathetic and stupid heroines I have ever met. I do no like the main character herself. The thing that kept me going was finding out what the boy's power was. Which I have yet to find out. I have my own suspicions, however I won't spoil anything.

This book would get a lower rating if the plot idea wasn't great. The plot is the only thing keepin me going now. If anything, the second the plot disappears, I'm done with this series and it's pathetic Heroine.
