I enjoyed this book a lot. I found Polly to be a deeply relatable character even though asexuality is a bit different for me, I found a lot of similarities and it was an engaging plot. I did find the characters to be a bit frustrating at times with their struggles to communicate but that’s probably just a way I differ. I did find the infantilization of Polly and asexuality from her friends to be frustrating to read. I also just wish more of the characters actually got developed since it was hard to tell why Polly was even friends with them. But at the same time it is nice to read a romance story where it feels like I’m actually somewhat represented.
