Luna and the Lie by Mariana Zapata
5.0
SHES DONE IT AGAIN FOLKS
at this point, i have added almost every single one of mariana’s books to my all time favs.
lunaripley had me HOOKED, i literally didn’t want to put the book down but at the same time, tried to drag it out for as long as i could. ripley made me so angry sometimes for being so mean to luna lol. he’s def one of the most grumpiest heroes mz has written.
luna’s relationship with mr. cooper was so sweet (i loved the nickname little moon). she also broke my heart, her character was written so well to the point where i felt her pain and wanted to cry with her. she deserves the world.
i also learned so much from this book, so many good life lessons that i will try and remember
anyways, such a good read, i do wish the last few chapters were done a bit differently though but other than that, another mz book i’m obsessed with
