I read this book in less than 10 hours. Devoured it, really. Could not put it down. I loved it so much. It takes something special for me to give a book 5 stars and this book had it in spades. The pacing was succinct but nothing felt rushed, the relationships and characters were grounded and good from beginning to end. It's only February but i already know this book will be one of my favourite reads of 2022. Neverland is the perfect setting to explore themes of queer identity and queer healing and queer joy and I adored it!
