This much anticipated release by B.B. Reid was so much more than I anticipated. With a title like The Peer and the Puppet, I really had no idea what to expect but Ever and Four blew my mind! Ever was the alpha male you love to hate. Four was the heroine with something to prove. Their clashing upbringings and lifestyles made it seem as though they were always going to be like oil and water, but love had other plans. 5 stars!
