It was good, and while I can easily see why she's so popular (very Brené Brown vibes), I probably won't read another unless it's a gift like this one was.

I like what she has to say and her writing style is fine, but the short chapters felt so thin and anecdotal (truthbetold, it's all anecdotal; the theme was really loose. too loose for this goose. [what does that mean? idk but I like it so I'm keeping it]).

But I enjoyed it more than I didn't, so if you're inclined, give it a try.
