I really enjoyed how this book of the series was all about the character development and introducing new characters. I also liked how the romances started to kick off a bit more too. In terms of the plot I thought it was slightly slow in places and sometimes almost a bit pointless which is why I have knocked off .5. Although I love this book it is my least favourite of the series (just finished The Raven King so I have read them all) and so I can't bring myself to give it the same rating as the others. However, I truly did love this book as well.
