The Church of Mercy by Pope Francis

4.0

Still love Pope Francis. While I'm sure that I don't agree with everything he says -- such as evangelizing; I'm fine with people spreading their faith, but I don't like people forcing it down my throat -- I love his core message. The Catholic Church should be one of mercy and love, not one of turning away the people who need someone the most. And, he shows that you can do it without forcing the religion down someone's throat. There were so many take aways from this, but I'll put my favorite two.

1. We come to see that faith does not dwell in shadow and gloom; it is a light for our darkness.

2. Do not grow accustomed to evil, but defeat it with good.
