Why We Sleep: Unlocking the Power of Sleep and Dreams by Matthew Walker
5.0
Punchier and more polemic than I expected, in the style of a manifesto. Walker presents the urgency of his cause in a very persuasive manner and I am a convert.
That said, this book did not help me improve my sleep. Rather, every time I struggle to get some shut eye, my brain now screams at me "you will get Alzheimer's!", or "you'll die in a fiery crash on the way to work tomorrow!"
Oh well. I'd still rather know the dangers of no sleep than be ignorant. I think.
