In the seventh book of the Lords of the Underworld series, we follow the story of Amun, who possesses the demon of secrets, and Haidee, the hunter most hated by the Lords.
I loved this book, both the main story and the supporting characters. The adventure of Amun and Haidee is harrowing, full of romance and answered many questions that revolved around the protagonist. For me, Strider stole the show in this book, I loved all of his POVs, and I loved all of his scenes with Paris and William, I had so much fun, I can't wait to read each one's book. I also loved Kaia's participation and I want to know more about her. The same goes for the angel Zachariel, I thought it was really cute what he did in the end and I want to see the consequences of that later.
Unlike the previous one, this story didn't add so much to the overall plot, as it had more focus on the protagonists' story, but it certainly became one of my favourite books in the series so far. There were tense, fun, romantic and sad moments. Everything a story should have.
Very eager to read Strider's book and later Paris. Lords of the Underworld was without a doubt one of my best discoveries of 2021.
