思い、思われ、ふり、ふられ 12 [Omoi, Omoware, Furi, Furare 12] by Io Sakisaka

5.0

Sakisaka Io is the queen of slow-burn in my book. Her stories tortures my heart like hell since day one and I never regret that particular day when I decided to pick her book. Strobe Edge was okay, Ao Haru Ride was excellent, and Omoi Omoware Furi Furare was a torture device I voluntarily resigned myself to. I care more about Yamamoto Akari's story than Ichihara Yuna, as the latter gets a little more uninteresting for me (Rio's earlier arc was PERFECT but then it just dies and I disagree with so many thing but whatever), and her dynamics with Inui Kazuomi actually left me awake at night on my bed, staring at my ceiling with heavy, hammering heart.

Love me, love me not
Leave me, leave me not
Take my heart, Sakisaka Io.
Take it and do anything you want with it. It's yours.
