This book had a very unique premise: a woman who takes it upon herself to slay monsters, predatory men who will hurt women if left alive. While a clever premise, the execution of it was jumpy and slightly unsatisfying. I didn’t care for the FMC, and the audiobook narrator possibly portrayed the characters with more angst and whine than was written. It was enjoyable but had a few too many unbelievable plot holes for me to buy in.
