π‘΄π’š π‘«π’‚π’“π’π’Šπ’π’ˆ π‘¨π’“π’“π’π’˜ is one of my top listens of 2023. I'll be honest, though. I didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I did. I've seen mixed reviews on this one and I was skeptical. But, once I heard πš‚πšŠπš›πšŠπš‘ π™ΏπšžπšŒπš”πšŽπšπš & π™ΉπšŠπšœπš˜πš— π™²πš•πšŠπš›πš”πšŽ telling their story, I fell hard. I fell fast.

I adored Arrow. He was broken, thanks to his mother and his ex girlfriend. He was perfect. Always had to π™—π™š perfect. Until he wasn't. He was just what I wanted to see when it came to a "bad boy" hero. π™ΉπšŠπšœπš˜πš— π™²πš•πšŠπš›πš”πšŽ was amazing at bringing him to life. His swoon worthy voice nailed the emotions and made me fall hard for Arrow!

Now, let's talk about Salem. I almost didn't like her. She was naive. She was a rule breaker, and, well, at first, I found her a little annoying. Then, through πš‚πšŠπš›πšŠπš‘ π™ΏπšžπšŒπš”πšŽπšπš bringing her to life, I got to know her. I got to see what she was made of, how she felt about Arrow, and I softened up and enjoyed her side of the story!

It was my first time listening to a πš‚πšŠπš›πšŠπš‘ π™ΏπšžπšŒπš”πšŽπšπš narrated story. She was amazing and I have added her to my female narrator favorites! π™ΉπšŠπšœπš˜πš— π™²πš•πšŠπš›πš”πšŽ needs no explanation about his narrations other than π™π™š π™žπ™¨ 𝙛𝙖𝙗π™ͺ𝙑𝙀π™ͺ𝙨!!!!

π–²π–Ίπ–Ώπ–Ώπ—‹π—ˆπ—‡ π–ͺ𝖾𝗇𝗍 is a talented author, and it shows. She took a forbidden sister's boyfriend romance, added in all the angst, age gap and spice, and threw us a story that captivates you!
