I really enjoyed this book, it kept me interested and had a good plot. However I was not too fond of most of the characters, they were either annoying, useless, or mean. But overall the book was good, some of the characters were more related than others, mostly the daughter I found more relatable. Oh, and I liked the women taking back the power through magic.
