The Final Girl Support Group by Grady Hendrix
4.0
A really excellent book, and it is a credit to Grady Hendrix that I can confidently say this is not his best. This is a great showcase of Hendrix's styles, as his strengths are all present and correct - Well-observed, fallible, human characters; wild situations; really well-drawn relationships; and more - As are some of the elements which his best works, particularly How to Sell a Haunted House and My Best Friend's Exorcism, avoid - An ending which doesn't quite live up to what came before; and a bit of a muddled philosophy.
I would still recommend it to anyone - Read it!
