Sunshine State Reader 2022-2023
To continue fostering a love for reading among the students at my school, I am joining the 5th graders in reading the Sunshine State Readers.
This is a fun and light graphic novel filled with interesting subtext addressing class and socio-economic differences.
I recommend this for any reader aged 8 and up depending on reading ability. Graphic novels are a wonderful way to practice context clues and be challenged through the text without having to be deterred.
