This is my favorite Emily Henry read so far. January Andrews is really going through it and I loved that while she was a witty, funny, bright character she also has angry and raw undertones throughout the story. At the same time Gus was primarily dark and broody with undertones of quiet hopefulness. The balance was impeccable.

The relationship between Gus and January was absolutely amazing. That being said my favorite part of this story was January learning who her father was, and reconciling the love she had for him with the truth that he was a flawed man.
